NEW PRODUCT: cHarissa Moroccan Seasonings

March 24, 2015

We are so excited about this new arrival! Created by a native Moroccan for her American family living in Montana, cHarissa Moroccan Spice Rub is an intensely flavorful blend of cumin, paprika, garlic and sea salt. Their mixture of all-natural spices contains no sugar, no gluten, no preservatives and no msg.

The seasoning is a milder version of the authentic Moroccan spice harissa, which uses very hot jalapeño peppers. Instead, cHarissa uses cumin and cayenne pepper to pump up the heat.

This stuff is seriously good on everything – meat, fish, seafood, vegetables, eggs, couscous, rice, or mixed with hummus, mayo or yogurt.

Charissa Seasoning is their delicious base rub recipe mixed with extra virgin olive oil and lemon juice. Drizzle it on your eggs in the morning, over grilled chicken, or use it as a dip for crudite.

We've been enjoying the olive oil based seasoning mixed into bison burgers, then grilled rare to medium rare and topped with cool, creamy avocado. Serve this over a bed of mixed greens tossed with lemon, olive oil, salt and pepper.

Stop by or order online — we pretty much guarantee you'll become addicted to the stuff!
