Grass-Fed Sirloin Steak

Because it comes as a large, round cut, this cut is often used as a great family or group steak. It has lean fats that lend the cut to being used as quick roast when cut thicker. This steak has a mild flavor and is very juicy and tender. Best prepared on the grill or stove top, as well as in the oven. Sold as a one, two and three pound steak. Approximately 1" thick per pound.
